Exchange Timeframe (7 Days)
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving your package.
- Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date cannot be accommodated.
Eligibility & Product Condition
To qualify for an exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
The garment must be completely unwashed and unworn (trying on for sizing is permitted).
All original tags, inner packaging, and order slips must remain intact.
The t-shirt must be free from any stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, or fabric damage.
Step-by-Step Exchange Process
Step 1: Send a message to our official WhatsApp support line at 033123456789 with your Order ID and photos of the item.
Step 2: Specify the updated size you need (2XL, 3XL, or 4XL).
Step 3: Our team will schedule a replacement parcel with our courier partner. The rider will deliver your new shirt and collect the original parcel within 3 to 4 working days.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Damaged or Incorrect Item Dispatched: If you received the wrong size, color, or a manufacturing defect from our facility, all reverse and re-shipping costs are covered by us.
Customer Size Preference Change: If you need to switch sizes based on personal preference, standard courier handling charges (Rs. 200 – 250) apply.
